Industry AUM

This interactive exhibit gives clients access to quarterly assets under management (AUM) data for fund management companies in China since the fourth quarter of 2005 with a breakdown between domestic and joint-venture fund management companies. A key indicator of industry health, AUM shifts are often a result of a number of internal and external factors including prevailing market sentiment, mutual fund performance, new product launch, market entry, and organic inflows/outflows. In addition, the relative AUM size of joint-venture and local domestic fund managers is a useful indicator of the performance of joint-venture operations in the Chinese marketplace.
